Our “Rosso Mascherone” Wine

The “Rosso Mascherone” wine is made with highly selected grapes such as Merlot, Sangiovese and especially Sagrantino, which is a local typical grape.

The limited quantity permits to process it with a particular accuracy.

Our olive oil

The particular climate in the Umbria hills, together with the methods of cultivation and process, gives to the oil a low free acidity, a green/yellow colour, and a delicate and smelling taste.

The olive trees are the typical Moraiolo, S.Felice, Leccino e Frantoio.

The wine and olive oil, which may be requested by e-mail or fax, are exclusively produced by the grapes and olive trees  from the Azienda Agricola Il Torrione (please visit the web site)
